What You Are Buying, and Who Handles the Payment

You buy refinery-origin bars from Golden Ark Reserve under a master sale-and-purchase agreement.

What you hold at the end is title to specific bars — identified by serial number, weight, fineness and refiner — not a claim on a pool. The metal sits in your dedicated client sub-account at Brink’s, segregated from our trading stock and from other counterparties’ metal.

The digital-asset leg sits entirely with a licensed platform: it holds the gateway you pay through, screens the transaction, converts under its own licence, and remits the fiat proceeds. Golden Ark Reserve receives fiat only, holds no digital assets, and issues no token or claim on metal.

Where Each Control Sits

Two compliance perimeters meet on one purchase. The licensed platform covers the digital-asset leg; Golden Ark Reserve covers the counterparty and the metal.

  • Wallet and transaction screening — screening is cleared before conversion; wallet-level detail does not pass to us.
  • Blockchain analytics — analytics on the source of assets are held under the platform’s licence.
  • Settlement — the platform sends settlement carrying your order reference.

Golden Ark Reserve — Counterparty

  • Counterparty KYC and beneficial ownership — a dated verified-counterparty decision is recorded with an internal reference.
  • Sanctions screening — verified status is recorded; the screening report itself remains internal.
  • Source-of-funds review — recorded against the order reference.

Golden Ark Reserve — Physical Metal

  • Allocation and vault placement — specific bullion is allocated through Brink’s.
  • Allocation Record — identifies the allocated bars.

What You Hold After Settlement

Specific Bars by Serial Number
Each bar is recorded with its serial number, weight, fineness, refiner and vault location. You hold title to identified physical bullion rather than a token, pooled exposure or contractual claim on an issuer.
Allocated and Segregated Custody
The bars are allocated by serial number to a dedicated client sub-account at Brink’s Hong Kong or Singapore, with the counterparty named in the vault register. They are segregated from Golden Ark Reserve’s own stock and from other counterparties’ metal, and are neither used nor pledged.
Evidence Set
The commercial invoice, Allocation Record with the serial-number list, Brink’s placement confirmation and confirmation of title are issued against the same order reference.

Who This Route Is Open To

The route is open to verified counterparties — who complete onboarding and sign the master agreement before the first quote is issued.

Orders start at 1 kg. Formats are refinery-origin bars from Heraeus and Argor-Heraeus: 1 kg for most orders and 400 oz LBMA Good Delivery at wholesale scale.

No coins, collector formats or sub-kilo retail bullion.

Price is quoted, not posted. Your executable quote is issued after verification and holds for the fixation period stated on the pro forma.
