Client Terms and Operating Conditions

Golden Ark Reserve provides gold storage and custody under an allocated physical gold framework. Services are available to professional and qualified counterparties subject to onboarding and compliance approval.

1. Onboarding & Mandate Definition

Engagement begins with client onboarding and mandate definition. Identity, ownership structure, and compliance requirements are verified under applicable AML and KYC standards. Eligibility and custody structure are confirmed prior to execution.

2. Custody Structure

Gold may be held as client-owned allocated holdings or as gold recorded on Golden Ark Reserve’s balance sheet, depending on the agreed mandate. Allocation status is defined contractually and remains fixed unless amended by instruction.

3. Storage Location

Primary storage is located in Hong Kong. Physical gold is held in allocated form and recorded against identifiable bars within custody records. Vault-to-vault relocation within the custody network may be arranged upon instruction without affecting allocation status.

4. Execution & Pricing

Transactions are executed on a spot-referenced basis using the applicable market reference price. Premiums and fees depend on bar size, volume, custody structure, jurisdiction, and transaction parameters. All pricing components are disclosed and documented prior to execution.

5. Settlement

Settlement is conducted through approved banking channels or supported digital asset rails, subject to transaction structure and compliance requirements. Settlement terms are defined per transaction.

6. Custody Fees

Custody fees apply to allocated holdings and are calculated under the custody agreement. Fees cover storage and custody services under the defined framework.

7. Insurance Coverage

Insurance coverage applies across custody, transaction, and fund-handling stages under applicable insurance arrangements. Coverage scope is defined by the relevant insurance framework and contractual terms.

8. Reporting & Verification
